The reason The INSIDE OUT Journey exists is to journey with leaders toward being set free from their core fears in order to pursue their core aspirations. These are like two forces. In one hand is the force of fear and in the other, the force called aspirations. The first is a limiter. The other is an expander. Each invites us into a journey of exploration and adventure as we discover new possibilities and potential. Along the way we pray, “Lord teach me your ways and show me your paths that I might live and lead well.”
